Platform validator for e-Ticketing
The robust contactless card reader with the great performance! Thanks to its power reserve, the robust stationary Smartcard terminal for ticketing systems can be used online and offline.
Based on the almex.smartfare, the stationary almex.smarttouch was designed specifically for use outdoors. It can be installed on a half size or full size pole or on a wall, as required. For areas with high passenger volumes, the pole can also be supplied in a version accommodating two terminals, considerably reducing the installation costs per terminal. T he almex.smarttouch supports all current e-Ticketing products: check-in/check-out, single and multijourney tickets, season tickets or stored value. The almex.smarttouch recognises the major types of media automatically. It supports the ITSO card scheme and payment with Visa payWave or Mastercard® PayPass™ (EMV contactless). The almex.smarttouch is based on a Windows operating system and can be adapted to accommodate any tariff or backoffice system.
