The almex.station is the reliable, fixed automatic ticket machine for customer-friendly sales at stations, bus stops and in customer centres.
The almex.station is extremely easy for passengers to operate: all its elements are arranged in accordance with the TSI standard. In this way the almex.station meets one of the more important criteria for accessible access to public transport. Thanks to our universal design initiative the almex.station is so versatile that it can provide the best possible access to local public transport networks to people with varying capabilities in different situations, all without any additional engineering or adjustments. Höft & Wessel has developed a four-corners menu for the touch screen, and this enables passengers to purchase the ticket they want with a single keypress. Here Höft & Wessel has once again used its great capacity for innovation to set standards for the local public transport sector.
With an almex.station you will be investing in the future! Whether VDV-KA, ITSO, Calypso or ACS – the Almex Smart Card Scheme – this automatic ticket machine can process all the current standards, thereby securing for itself a long period of useful service. The unit also offers the option of upgrading with an E-Ticket reader, an E-Ticket printer and a 2D barcode reader.
