This business model has enabled the Höft & Wessel Group to acquire many customers of note. Numerous follow-up orders reflect the confidence customers have developed in the company and the quality of the products and solutions on offer.

As early as 1878, the Bell Punch Company was established – the predecessor to today‘s Metric Group. 100 years later, the two students Michael Höft and Rolf Wessel founded the company of the same name. Following its IPO, in 1999 Höft & Wessel AG took over the British Metric Group. The three business divisions have shaped the solid business development of this member company of the Höft & Wessel Group ever since. While sales revenues have almost doubled in relation to 1999, the size of the workforce (500 employees) has remained unchanged.
