Our customers
As a reliable and fair partner, we want to offer our customers ideal and innovative solutions in the required quality and at good value for money. We are among the leading providers in the field of technology and develop individually tailored products for our customers – products that are userfriendly and reliable. Our customers are our most important partners, and our objective is to maintain lasting business relations with them.
Our employees
We want to offer our employees attractive and secure jobs. Our employees are responsible for the success of our business; that is why they should feel well at our Company. They are flexible and innovative; they work independently and are focused on achieving results, with immense responsibility. They are capable of learning and continually undergo further development. We create the necessary framework conditions by laying down rules and parameters but otherwise allowing as much freedom of action as possible. Employees are required to perform but are also given promotion and professional support – their qualification and motivation, taking account to an appropriate degree of their interests and their participation in developing and shaping the Company, are important objectives for us. We meet our responsibility to society as regards training qualified school-leavers by making an appropriate number of vocational training positions available.

We want to offer our suppliers fair cooperation based on partnership terms, and to maintain long-term business relationships. Together with our suppliers, we continually work on improving reliability, timely delivery, quality and costs.
Our environment …
… is something we are committed to protecting. All relevant environmental rules and government regulations are observed. We work with government authorities and openly share information. Wherever this is economically viable, we pursue the goals of sustainability in our environmental efforts. Throughout the entire Company, we seek to implement uniform environmental standards and make sparing use of resources. Measures to reduce and avoid environmental strain are planned and put into practice. The environmental impact of each new product and process is assessed in advance. Environmental awareness is encouraged on all levels of the Company.
In order to realise all this, we constantly work on improving our processes organised in conformity with the DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 14001 standard as well as our products and services. Within the scope of our actions in accordance with our corporate guidelines, this also includes ensuring financial stability with an adequate return on sales on a sustained basis. The evaluation of measures with regard to conformity, effectiveness and efficiency is carried out by means of the relevant audits, on-site inspections and the annual management review. The corporate guidelines as such are also the subject of this review. All employees and executives are called upon particularly to make their contribution towards implementing the corporate guidelines and the parameters laid down by the management system.
