Ruggedness
The skeye.integral handles demand-ing environments without problems due to its rugged shock-proof case. Its IP54 rating ensures that dust and moisture cannot do any harm. The skeye.integral will survive a drop from a height of 1.8 m making it ideal for applications in the retail trade or warehousing.

Reliability
The Marvell PXA 270 624 MHz processor architecture provides sufficient power for demanding applications while preserving valuable battery operating time. When replacing the battery, the integrated backup battery stores data in RAM allowing long uninterrupted periods of use. A double capacity battery sold separately will provide enough battery time even to accommodate even the longest working day.

Communication
Using the optional embedded wireless LAN-, Bluetooth- or GPRS-module, the skeye.integral integrates seamlessly with the existing network infrastructure. Stationary data transfer is covered by four different docking stations. Apart from the simple PC link using USB or RS232 cables, the skeye.integral can also connect to a central computer using either a modem or ISDN TA incorporated in the docking station. A docking station with Ethernet connector allows quick and uncomplicated integration into existing IT systems.

Efficiency
The brilliant 3.5" display ensures non-tiring work.The skeye.integral provides the ideal keypads for any application. The 15 and 19 key keypads were designed to facilitate effective and fast numeric input. Additional function keys can be customised as required by the application. The 34 key keypad enables alphanumeric input.
