We at Skeye: our values, our ideas, our claim
From right in the middle of Germany at the headquarters in Hanover
all service processes are accepted and carried out.
For you this means extremely short service routes and fast response
times. Individual services are specifically tailored to meet all requirements;
in this way, we offer guaranteed replacements for defective devices
within only 48 hours, for example. Another plus point: through the
close co-operation between the service centre and the development department,
we are always able to react quickly. And all of this as part of ISO
9001 assured processes. Customers who operate internationally turn
to our service organisations in numerous countries around the world.
For example, the Edeka and Rossmann chains have commissioned Skeye
to provide devices during inventories for many years. In addition to
the general pool service, Skeye assumes the overall logistics pertaining
to and the delivery, collection, storage and maintenance of devices.
Up to 60 MDEs (Mobile Data Entry devices) are required in more than
2,500 branches. During inventories, just over 3,000 devices are in
circulation. Our customers, large chains, SMEs, as well as smaller
businesses, receive everything from a single source: the MDE device,
the specially configured application software and their service package.
In other words, especially device logistics. 'Made in Germany’ service
means a fully comprehensive, problem-free package for our customers.
For example, where one of our customers submits a replacement request
to us by 14:00hrs in line with a corresponding agreement, a replacement
device will be installed at the branch concerned the following morning.
