Hoeft & Wessel Supervisory Board complete again
The appointment of Hinrich Peters to the Supervisory Board of Hoeft & Wessel AG following Michael Hoeft’s departure from the Supervisory Board means that it is now complete again. The Supervisory Board had requested the Board of Management to apply to the local court for the appointment of Hinrich Peters, a tax consultant, by the following General Meeting. Peters had already been a member of the Supervisory Board of Hoeft & Wessel AG in 2003 and 2004.
