The DECT/FHSS evaluation kit is ready for starting development immediately. It comes with all necessary hard- and software components for setting up voice and data communications — such as:

• 2 transceiver modules — either DECT or FHSS
• 2 adaptor PCBs — for hosting of one radio module each
• Cables and power supplies

Easy Integration

Different interfaces make it easy to integrate the DECT/FHSS modules into varying hardware platforms — without the need of any drivers:

• Up to 500 kbps through put at the parallel interface
• Up to 115.2 kbps through the serial interface
• Voice interface prepared for connecting handsets (enclosed)
• Expansion port interface for external peripherals
• 50 W SMA antenna connector

Comprehensive Software Tools

• SWAP Service (Secure Wireless Access Protocol) — designed for forwarding data between Data Unwired DECT/FHSS devices and localnetworks via TCP or virtual COM ports
